I'm knowledgeable with music. I can tell you the history of a band, what happened to them, etc. etc. I'm like a mini Eddie Trunk. But, when it comes to classifying music in subgenres, I suck. anything past thrash metal, speed metal, power metal and metal core, like death metal, black metal, etc.
I've been working on it though.

I can generally tell you what's prog and what's not, though.
Anyways, I play guitar/bass and i'm a fan of Pantera.
