If you go to the Vallhallan Threshold and mine the three planets which are hidden in the asteroids you will find they are ALL 'Rich' with materials that help towards upgrades.

This deadly weapon which is capable of inflicting high damage and is especially effective against armour, shields, and barriers can be set to rapid fire by keeping the 'Fire' button held while pressing 'Reload' after each shot. Doing this will makes the shots keep firing during the previous shots explosions.
If you have a saved game file from the original 'Mass Effect' and use that profile in 'Mass Effect 2' you will get the following bonuses: Experience points based on your previous level; resources for weapon and armor upgrades; and Paragon and Renegade Points (this includes a bonus if you have the maximum amount of either Paragon or Renegade points).
Complete a character's Loyalty mission to unlock a new skill for use by the main character. To select or change which skill you are using you must complete the 'Advanced Training' research upgrade on your ship. On your first character you will need to train to use these skills but for each character made or imported after unlocking these skills you can pick them immediately upon creation.

Complete Legion's Loyalty mission.

The following bonuses become available when characters with the indicated requirement are imported from 'Mass Effect'.
30k Credits:
Import a level 50 'Mass Effect' character.
50k Credits:
Import a level 60 'Mass Effect' character.
100k Credits:
Import a 'Mass Effect' character with the Rich Achievement.
2k Experience Points:
Import a level 50 'Mass Effect' character.
4k Experience Points:
Import a level 60 'Mass Effect' character.
5k of each Resource:
Import a level 50 'Mass Effect' character.
10k of each Resource:
Import a level 60 'Mass Effect' character.
Start as a Level 5:
Import a level 60 'Mass Effect' character.
The following armour along with it's corresponding bonus will appear for purchase when you reach a certain amount of points in the game.
Armour Sets
Blood Dragon Armour:
+15% power damage, +10% shield strength; requires Dragon Age: Origins.
Terminus Assault Armour:
+10% storm speed, +15% shields, +1 weapons reserve ammo; requires pre-order bonus code.
Inferno Armour:
+10% negotiation bonus, +10% power damage, +10% storm speed by 10%; requires pre-order bonus code.
Collector Armour:
+10% regeneration, +10% storm speed, +20% health; requires Collector's Edition.
Helmets
N7 Helmet:
+5% health.
N7 Breather Helmet:
+5% health.
Kuwashii Visor:

When you have completed the game and start a new game session with the cleared saved game file you will get the following bonuses. Choose Loyalty Bonus Skill at the start; retain Skill Points from first session; retain level and experience points from first session; Renegade/Paragon points reset to neutral; +25% experience bonus for ALL characters; and your previous weapons and armor (but no upgrades).
If you complete the Loyalty missions for each of your party members their individuals skills and alternate colour costume will become available.
The following procedure involves editing a game file so it is advised that you create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the 'Coalesced.ini' file in the '\Program Files\Team JPN\Mass Effect 2\BioGame\Config\PC\Cooked' directory changing the indicated lines in the file to the following to enable the corresponding effect.
No Reloads:
Change 'AmmoPerShot=1' to 'AmmoPerShot=0'
Unlimited Ammo:
Change 'bInfiniteAmmo=true' to 'bInfiniteAmmo=false'
Extra Health:
Change 'Health=1500' to 'Health=9500'
More Medigel:
Change 'MaxMedigel=1' to 'MaxMedigel=9'
More Probes:
Change 'MaxProbes=30' to 'MaxProbes=90'
More Fuel:
Change 'MaxFuel=1000' to 'MaxFuel=3000'
When you press Y the planet information screen on the right will reveal if it is 'Rich', 'Moderate', or 'Poor'. Ore yields vary from 1,500 to 3,000. Rich planets usually give about 10+ good scan for ores. Moderate will give about 8+ good scans, but around 35% to 55% yield compared to rich planets. Poor will give 5+ scans with yields 5% to 25% compared to rich planets.
In the beginning of the game when Shepard must escape the station he revived from. After the Commander heals Wilson and uses Overload on the explosive crates, while heading for the exit, Jacob interrupts to explain that Cerberus funded the Lazarus project. During the conversation you may choose "That sounds familiar..." and "I'll never work for Cerberus!" for Paragon points; or "You lied to me." and "What are you after?" for Renegade points. After the conversation, go inbetween the two box the explosive crates were, then save. Load that save file up and Shepard should be at the same spot. As you approach the exit, the conversation will start up again and can be repeated. The points do carry over to the saved files so this can be done to fill both Paragon and Renegade meters. You could probably find another code at a gamestop somewhere. The only reason this could be difficult to find is everybody who has bought the game probably already used theirs. Of course though, if you did go to a gammestop, you could probs just get microsoft points there, so.. Not sure. Why can't you obtain any microsoft points? |
On the suicide mission I always lose one of the two I take through the swarm biotic shield area. Need some help. |
Use a stronger biotic as your shielder. Try Samara or Jack. Those two are the ones I've used and nobody ever dies. |
I'm going in with Mordin and Grunt to take out the Geth Colossus without any ammo. I'm totally out. I can get to the c.. |
Try to Melee a couple of Geth for their heat pack ammo things. They'll drop some once they die. Just stick to cover, and lure them towards you. If you have Throw or any other medium/long range biotic then that will do. You don't really have to worry too much about the Colossius. Just stick to cover. Try catch a couple of Geth from the flanks and you should be able to replenish ammo. |
when you have to wrap so many barriers and incinerate so many sheilds do you have to use the powers or can you do it w.. |
