No, but you can make the sim do their skills non stop by:
1. Open the cheat box and type in testingcheatsenabled true
2. Click on the mailbox in your house while pressing the Shift button on your keyboard.
3. Click on Make Needs Static
4. Make your sim do the skill the you want them to do and just fast forward without worrying about the needs!
