How do you stop the car pool from coming to pick your sim up so that they can drive themselves ?

You can't actually stop the carpool. But when you get the message that the carpool will be at your house in a hour, you just click on the building you work in and click on work. Your sim will drive to there and work.
The carpool will come to your house later, but since your already at your work, it will just wait an hour.

You can click on your sims car and make it prime mood of transport and the carpool should stop coming

U can go to work a little later after the carpool is gone so you can drive to work by yourself

When the car pool comes just put testingcheatsenabled true on then shift click on the car and press object then delete then it will delete it!
