To get penny you must complete the 6th super moshi mission, meaning that only members can get him. When you are near the end of the mission remember to be on the lookout for penny!When you get back from the mission, your zoo might still says how many moshlings you had before, so go into it and when you get to the luckies pannel you should see him!
