Click on the FM menu on the top right corner of the screen. Then add a new manager to the game, the richer the club the better e.g. Barcelona or Chelsea etc. Then go to the finances and put all the money possible to the transfer budget. Then search for your club and purchase the least valuable youth player for the whole of the transfer budget. You can do this as many times as you want at different clubs. Then from the manager drop down menu go to actions and retire to remove the new manager.

I created two others managers, one in barca one in real, and then I ask them with my first manager (PSG) to give me their best players for free. And it works
