Start The Gameand immediately after it is launched hold shift and the arguments window shall appear then type in:

+set cheats +setthereisnomonkey

then when the game is launched load a game and save it straight away then load the game again and press the key:

then type in 1 of the following:

wuss - all weapons

dog - god mode

fullheal - heal

noclip - fly through walls
