Well: this is version 1.00 of the Angry Birds 3-star walkthrough for the
iPhone and iPod Touch. Obviously it isn't complete yet, I've just managed
to get world 1 up and running for everybody.
Subsequent updates should come quickly, as I get 3-star ratings, find the
golden eggs, and basically get all kinds of goodness for everybody.
As in all my reviews, I'm anxious for feedback! If one level is confusing to

Alright well shucks and welcome to the Angry Birds 3-star, total golden egg
walkthrough! If you follow me and this walkthrough, you'll manage to not only
get all your eggs back from the greedy disgusting green pigs, you'll do it
getting the best possible score!
This is a pretty fun app, WELL worth the 99 cent price. Hope you enoy it as
much as I did!

[NOT] Opening Notes
So one part that might be sort of confusing is how to actually read the 3-star
walkthrough.
This isn't a game that really lends itself to text-only descriptions of how
to do it, so I did the best I could with ascii models. My main goal was to show
exactly where on the target structures your birds should be hitting to get
maximum effect. Each level's summary is divided up into three sections.
Section 1: Shows how many and what type of birds you get for a level
Section 2: Shows the approximate position you shoot the bird from, relative to
the slingshot
Section 3: Shows the structure, and where the bird should fly in and hit.
So for instance if you had three red birds and one blue, section 1 would be:

If you wanted to shoot the bird way up high, you would want to pull it down
very far and have it be close to the base of the slingshot, so section 2 would

Here, X represents where you pull the bird,
And section 3 should show the path the bird should take and where it should
hit the structure. If there was a simple wood block that you wanted to hit
on the top-left corner, it would look like this:

[MNU] Menu
The menu in angry birds is pretty simple. There are four buttons on the bottom
of the screen, and a big play button in the middle.
The four buttons:
*The circle i button is an information button, which tells about the app
*The speaker button will mute or unmute the app
*The geode-looking button is internet play, that connects you to leaderboards
*The video button on the very right is an in-game trailer video. Kinda neat!
*The big play button right in the middle starts the game, obviously.
Once you click play, you can go back (bottom left) to the main menu, or select
from one of the worlds. On the world select buttons, you will see your score
tallied up, as well as the number of stars you've collected.
Clicking on a world, you can see the worlds open to you, displayed along the
top, as well as the levels within each world. Each level is marked with a
number button, and you can see how many stars you have per level. The max is
3.

[CTL] Controls
The point of the game is to destroy the green pigs! Do this by launching your
birds at them.
Once a level is loaded, the camera will be on the slingshot. You can move
your thumb right to left along the screen to change the view to the pig's
structure, if you want to plot strategy.
Touch the bird on the slingshot with your finger, then pull it back to get
started. Pull it back further for more strength behind the shot (we will always
be firing at full strength!), and move your finger up or down to change the
angle. Honestly, this part is so intuitive you probably don't need a guide.
Let go to fire!
The only other control comes with the special birds- blue, yellow, white, and
black. With these, you will tap the screen once they're in flight to make them
do their special move.

[BDS] Bird Types
A description of the various bird types in angry birds, collected by an
angry ornithologist.
Red- The most basic type of bird. While it is incapable of flight, it's been
observed constructing enormous slingshots, which it uses to fling itself
bodliy at great distance. Woe betide any who would attempt to steal the eggs
of the redbird. It breaks easily through glass, but it stopped by thicker
construction materials.
**Basic Bird- Just flies and hits**
Blue- Don't be fooled by its tiny statue! This bird possesses a super-fast
replicative cycle. Able to produce triplets in a mere milliseciond, the
young appear in a poof of smoke where the adult used to be. The body of the
parent is utterly consumed in the process of making the triplets, but this is
small price to pay for such a wonderful advantage!
**Scatter-shot bird: click to split it in 3**
Yellow- Possibly the angriest of all the avis angryis species. The dreaded
triangular yellowbird is truly a sight to be feared. Working itself into a
frenzy of pique when it sees its intended target, very little can stop the
charge of a frothing yellow!
**Speed Boost- click to give the bird a short boost of speed**
Black- The bob-bombird is much more dangerous than an initial appraisal would
suggest. The bird feasts on beans and cabbage for most of its adult life, and
is able to release the pent-up gasses thusly generated in one explosive boom
on the slightest provocation! The strongest walls fall before this burst, so
care is advised when dealing with it.
**Bomb- Explodes when clicked, destroying nearby walls**
White- The most prolific of the angry birds, the white bird spends most of
its lift drifting in lazy circles, looking for a soft patch of ground to lay
its eggs upon- of course, these eggs can be dropped as projectile weapons on
unfortuante targets as well!
**Bomber- Click to lay an explosive egg when directly overhead**

[GDL] Golden Egg Locations
Golden Eggs are a bonus feature- hidden collectibles! Try to get them all!
1- Let the info page scroll to the bottom, it'll be at the end.
2- Tap the sun in the background of the main screen
3- On any level, tap pause, tap the question mark, and then tap the check mark.
A white bird should show up- use him to kill the pig here.
4- Get 3 stars in every level in Worlds 1-3
5- Get 3 stars in every level in worlds 4-5
6- Tap the treasure chest underneath the building in 1-8
7- Hit the beach ball in 2-2 with any bird
8- Use the yellow bird to get the egg on the very top right cliff in 4-7
9- Zoom out to see this one: the egg's above the rocket on 5-19. Use the white
bird to get to it, it gets a boost after it lays its egg.
10- In level 6-14, use the boomerang bird to get the yellow balloon under the
right treehouse
11- At the world 8 screen, slide the page to the left.
12- Get 3 stars in every level in worlds 6-8
13- Hit the egg located in the bottom left with the boomerang bird in 8-15
14- Hit the very bottom left of the screen in 9-14
15- Hit the duck in 10-3
16- In 11-15, zoom out to see it in the bottom-left, hit it with boomerang
17- Get 3 stars in every level in worlds 9-11
