The wood supply is useful because it lets you rekindle the fire. This restores your energy really fast, just like sitting comfortably in a chair.

The two missing jobs are Warlord and Legend.
Sitting in a chair (especially a comfortable chair) can be more effective than sleeping. It restores up to 25% of your energy and takes a fraction of the time you do sleeping.

The trash can is good for the Heroic challenge. The last job is Legend, don't have the game on hand so can't tell you what the other is. Also, I would add to NEVER SELL FURNITURE. Up to the third story quest you will get a new house and everything will be sold at sale price. Don't buy them again and you have even more profit (twice as much, actually). I would recommend training one stat at a time. Armoury bought in the first one, get it to ten. Then I recommend darts, then bookcase. If you do Charisma last you make 100 simoleons profit, and another 100 when you sell it (last house, doesn't matter at that point). Also, a cellar is more or less all you need to feed yourself.
