1. You need to get divorced (if your still married)

2. Get another house and a new sim (boy)

3. Have your pre-teens at home and get the divorced (whomen) sim at your new sims house!

4. Make the new sim (boy) "ask to move in" (if that doesn't work first make the whomen "ask to move in" then go to the other (new) house and look for the boy (new sim) and click on him :cost 5,000 simoleons: then get the whomen again to his house and make him "ask to move in" then they are moved in together and the pre-teens have their own house and don't live with the parents.
