1st way : complete goals! If you can't because of lack of simoleons, use one of the cheats
2nd way : dogs and cats
3rd way : if you buy a mansion , it comes with a free luxury car . Drive it around town and collect the musical note thingy and sometimes it gives out lp
4th way : BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :P :P :P
