Mystery box and Homer Buddha Premium Item random results

Your fifth day reward is normally a 10 donught prize, leveling up gets you donughts, but do you risk spending them on random prize boxes?

I normally don't but I took the plunge and from the mystery box I was awarded the Springfield Lemon Tree, it gives you the 'Sweet Sweet Lemonade' activity which earns you money and XP every six hours. This is NOT in the premium item list that you can buy from, so there is additional premium items that are going to either be secret achievements like the Jebediah Statue (tapping homer when using his myPad) or random prizes from risking the random boxes.

It is strange as the tree has a 'Previous Owners' list under the trees time remaining/rush box. I guess I am the first to get it as that section is empty.

Anyone found any other unlisted premium items so far?
