You can get money from killing the grunts in the first area until your level 10, then go to north A... And head through the north gate, the trail to the giants lair is littered with giant bears, kill them and take the hides, usually 700-800 gold per run, remember to take everything you can carry, especially crossbows as they go for 200 per. And to answer your second question, when your skills are high enough yes you can pickpocket people. |
