For D Class I recommend the Scion TC to get past the campaign, but the Dart Rallye if you want to max a D Class

For C Class I recommend the Mazda Rx-8 or the Scion Frs, they r both great cars for c class,

For B Class (the easiest campaign in my opinion) get the MITSUBUSHI LANCER EVO VIII!!! It's the best car EVER for campaign and is the fastest B Class out there, it can even go up against 3/4 maxed S Classes when maxed!!!

For A Class, I recommend either the Acura Nsx or the Dodge Challenger SRT8, they r both really good, but the A Class campaign is PRETTY HARD, so watch out on you're money spending.

For S Class I recommend the Mclaren MP4-12c for MAXED, but I recommend the SRT viper gts for a easier campaign because the viper launches easier.

For R Class, I STRONGLY recommend the Mazda RX-7 GT Spec, but for better value when trying to sell, get the SRT Viper GTS-R.
