I had a zoo on zoo story 2 on my kindle fire. My kindle froze and stoped working all together. So it was replaced with a new one. Even though my app was still in my cloud it made me start all over again but my zoo is stiil on here. Just not able to retrieve it. So how do I get my game back on my new kindle?

If it was the same kindle or phone when you re install the game you get it back. In your case you need to get in touch with Zoo Story master administrator and they could register the changes of kindle to their system.
