Question for Waking Mars

I have closed the entrance to the reservoir, but it is still not repaired. I have followed the roots down to the bottom chamber, one root in fixed one is swaying and not extending down to the bottom how do I fix these

To get both roots to go down, you must eliminate all of the cephlad zoa

To eliminate those zoa ( make sure to collect a full set of their spores first, useful for changing the fertile soil) simply use ferron seeds, they are the only thing that can actually kill them, so plant a ferron in the acidic soil to get a resupply up and running
