Use spear from smoke or scorpion and uppercut him. It does the most damage
Use scorpion and hit him and keep teleporting off the screen everytime he charges at you, and keep jumping around never stand still or idle, keep pulling hm in an useing you're uppercut.
Use sektor and just fire missiles, it will keep shao khan back and does a lot off damage
