There are fires popping up everywhere.I have the fire tower but my buildings r starting to burn.

The fire tower should be doing the job if it is in range and is manned.
Did you remove the man from inside?
Also, does the fire tower need repair?
Finally, fires become increasingly common in buildings that haven't been repaired. Perhaps you should ensure you are doing that too.
