How would I be able to get a friend it wont let me I've been playing for a while so please let me know answers

I'm sorry you've been waiting for an answer so long. You can add Game Center friends, and if they play Top Girl, they will appear in "Visit Friends" in your apartment. A good way to do this is to look through "Top Girls" found in the Runway, and their Game Center usernames will be beside their Top Girl character. Now you have their Game Center name, go and add them on Game Center!
If you meant the CPU friend, well, that won't be out for a while. CrowdStar has last updated Top Girl in 2012. Sorry.
