I don't beleive you get the option to change your makeup/facial features in the game. You have to get into the technical codes and stuff. There is a cheat on this website explaining how to get unlimited cash (for social and it girl as well). If you find it, it will tell you how to go into the code for the game. When you get to the step that tells you to open the .json file in notepad, opening it will show a code for the game. You will be told to only change the part of the code that shows the amount of cash/coins you have, but I also noticed things like "eye color = 6" or "eye style = 17". I assume by changing those numbers you can alter your appearance, but keep in mind, this is only an assumption.
