How do you employ more than5 people bcus every time ia new employer comes, I can't put him/her in a catorgory then they just disappear!!

You have to have several apartment levels. Each apartment level can hold up to 5 people. Then after that you can employ them in store levels. Each store can have 3 employees max. Try building another apartment level and when it's done give them a job. If this isn't the issue your game is glitched.
