How to find a spy to kill in Keena's quest?
I've been searching for a spy (some people say his mane is Edamer) to kill for about FOUR years, but he just didn't appear. I've tried every methods like waiting for new people to come to my kingdom( I have waited for FOUR years), killing lots of people to attract new people, etc. There were many new people come to my kingdom every day, but none of them was a spy. I also made my character a bad person and added bad people in my alignment. PLEASE HELP !! This is my last quest and I am really desperate to finish it.
