I need to bring back 200lb of fish for Brother Jules, is this all in one go? I am sure I have more than 200lb but I cannot give him anything. How many fish should I have?

You should have 200 fish, and you need to give it to him all at once. If you're talking about fishing sessions, then take as many fishing sessions as needed.
