How can I marry Farmelin? I am true friends with her but when I flirt or kiss her she doesn't like it. Is she with someone? If so, who?

As a girl I was able to marry her at the beginning of the game. Now, for some reason, she stopped liking the romantic gestures. Not sure if it's a bug or something...
