For quest forty you've got be on the angel side in order to get quest 40 which you get from the stranger.

Sorry, I've tried tge suggestions of changing alignment and finding The Changer... I've been stuck on challenge 39 for DAYS!

Im on quest 39 and I'm as good as possible and a bit religious other than that I've been doing the stories that involve the wizard mortemer but I've done quest 39 plants expert when you get 10 rosemary for kamelia the herbalist and after that nothing has come up and I'm the leader of my kingdom what do I do
