Open your book on the right and on the first tab there are the relationships you have with the sims you have talked so far. Under their name, is their occupation, some are peasant, wizard, fierce warrior, priest, druid, explorer, bard, petty thief, chancelor, assassin, jester and so on. Find the ones that have the assassin quality under their name. If you do not have one, start talking to sims and then revisit the relationships tab until you find one eventually.
