In the town map, look for blue people (visitors to your town because you can only add visitors to your guild). Talk to that person. Under the menu with the book, it shows your relationship with other characters (friends, acquantances, etc.), it also shows their title (Jester, Peasent, etc.) If the character says Wizard, add that person to your guild. Keep talking to blue people til you find a wizard
Yes there are other Wizards! I think Mortemer is the main Wizard, so I would expect him to always be in the story. Another will show up eventually. Keep meeting people and watch for new names; then look under Relationships to see their occupation. Once you find the Wizard, be polite to him, talk about Magic, Religion, Politics, and Weapons, and once you are good friends, you will be able to recruit him. I had two Wizards die before I was able to recruit any of them. Then, I thought that there may be a limit to how many people are in your Guild (I had three) and picked one of mine and removed him from my Guild. Immediately after that I was able to recruit the third Wizard!
Meanwhile, you can spend the time, training (strength), looking in the mirror (charisma), reading and praying (spirituality), gathering plants, buying seeds, planting, fertilizing, fishing, and making potions that you can sell in the market. I think Agility increases according to how quickly you solve the quests. I advise to Read at least a 1&1/2 mins before each potion you make, so they don’t go bust and you lose your ingredients. Also don’t make too many at a time. I got a lot of Simolas selling potions, but I kept one of each in my inventory, just in case. My Wizard needed a Stamina potion right after he joined my Guild, so have one handy ahead of time or he might die. Also, you may need a Laugh and a Death potion for upcoming quests, so keep those for sure!
