How do I read the cerliberity and gossip magazine? I can't seem to find any magazines.
When ever I go to other people's houses, I never see any magazines at all. I would also like to know how I add other peoples sim cities to the list of cities I can visit, all I see it a place called "Another Sim Town". Please help me. I am in the middle of level 8.

Buy a "stack of magazines" on your "living room" on your "menu" or the (...) where you can find "inventory, house, outdoors & etc...".

But that's just at your own house, so it doesn't count.. There's no magazines at the default neighbor's houseSearch for more answers for The Sims FreePlay or ask your own question here.
