Stable construction?

I'd like to build something but can't because the game tells me the stable is under construction. It's not. I have one horse and can't get any further. I've tried thr 'changing clock' thing and all it did was mess up my spells achievement. Also tried deleting and reinstalling. Still have stable problem. Help?

Maybe check if you have any Show Jumping gates or something or maybe even a Horse stable "cell" being constructed. If not, check with Sims freeplay twitter I think you can contact them.
