How to add neigbours
I need to add some neighbours and I can see everyone giving out user names on here but I have no idea how to add them..?

Hi
You need to open up Game Center where you will see your profile, if you press on friends then you see a plus sign, just press that, then add the user name or email address of the person you want to add.
You then have to wait until they accept you.
Hope this helps
P.s Game Center is for iPad etc not for Facebook or android
