I can't pass the second floor in the mall to feed the plant.
Sim dissapears when they take the second floor elevator. How do I feed the plant if I can't see the sim? Please help?!

I can't access also the 2nd floor at mall my sim it dissapears and I don't see the plant! I have the same problem can you help me?

Have your sim take escalator to second floor. Then look to right of the screen and you will see an arrow pointing up. It’s the same arrow as you see when’s you want to see second floor of a house. Click that arrow and it brings you to second floor of the mall.
