How to build community center/ finish multistory renovations quest.
I finished the first part of Bree's quest. Now she is in the park and when I click on her it says "Bree is eager to film a balcony episode with your sims, but first you need to complete the Multi-story renovations quest. Come back to the park when you're done." I googled that I have to build the community center to do so. But when I go to build it, it says to first complete the multi-story renovations quest. So confused! Please help!

I bought the mall ne it gave me a quest but then I bought the community center and it didnt give me a quest. I think its bcuz i didnt complete the mall quest. When I completed the mall quest the other one didnt show up

I got stuck with the same problem, once I completed the task with the alien I was able to continue with building the community centre and finishing the second half to the multistory renovation, hope this has helps

You have to complete certain Quests in order to unlock other quests. Even though you may be past level 17 , there are main quests you have to complete before multi-story renovations becomes available to begin. Like Need for Steed, Going Swimmingly and others
