How to move my baby?

I devorced the parents and moved them into different homes but know the house they once lived in said it's owned by the baby, how do I get the baby to go live with either the father or the mother

Oh. Ow. You were supposed to move the baby out WITH an Adult. Not sure you can do anything accept restore your last save to fix this.
