Sims Freeplay wont load after the latest update.

After the last update of my Sims Freeplay (about a week ago) my game wont completely load. It acts like it's going to and just freezes but the music still plays. Every site I have been on to help always tells me to go to FireMonkey and submit a help form but in order to do that I need a bunch of numbers that I can access in the game menu. All I want is to play my game. Help!

When your game gets bugged to the point where all you get when you run it is a constant loading screen you really only have a few paths you can follow to fix that.

First, uninstall the game and then re-install it, with your Facebook Account disabled for your device settings. That way you get the base game plus expansions without the game going out to Facebook to get your saved game from the cloud.

If the fresh install works - fully patched - re-enable Facebook so that the game pulls your save. If that breaks the game then you know (a) that the save is corrupted / the problem, and (b) you are going to need to start over.

I have to uninstall - shut my tablet off - turn my tablet back on - reinstall - download my save game from the cloud. I have to do this every time I exit the game!!
