I can't skip time for this quest?
I'm on the stables quest and I am on the stables bit but my time says 5627 and I still haven't got one percent so what do I do To skip time or this quest?

Using Cheats - and especially ANY cheat that requires you to mess with the time/date settings on your device - is going to have Consequences, and one of the potential consequence is to really badly break the timers in the game.
When the game breaks bad it breaks really bad - for example depending on just how much you abused the timer Cheats you could find yourself in a situation where the timer to build a building you want to add to your game requires some very improbably amount of time - like 100 years.
To do the math for you, waiting out the timer for 5627 minutes translates to 3.9 days which, really, isn't so bad. So yeah, I would wait out the timer -- IF it is minutes. If that is days on the other hamd, well... That works out to roughly 15 and a half YEARS. So yeah... Don't do time Cheats?
