How do I cloud watch using neighbours telescope?
It says to star gaze or cloud watch using a neighbours telescope, so I looked for one but couldn't find a telescope at another neighbours house but couldn't find any. Please help how do I finish this?

When you find yourself in this situation head over to the chat boards for the game on Supercheats, or head to the game guide on SC, and look for offers of Neighbor Towns that contain Courtesy Houses.
A Courtesy House is a house that has been intentionally created to provide the various Items, kit, and tools required for the Social missions, Quests, and tasks.

It took me forever to figure this out but you just have to go to a Neighbors city or whatever’s and keep going each of their Houses until you a Telescope (which is most likely going to be outside) and then then for some reason if it wasn’t the first house you clicked on, it acts like your sim is still at the first house you clicked on so you have to leave their city and return and then click on the house with the telescope first, and THEN you can do the action of stargazing.. Hope that wasn’t confusing
