Do you have a camera in your sim town?
I'm trying to complete the task of practicing film in a neighbors town but the neighbor I have doesn't have one ... Can anyone help?

When you find yourself in this situation head over to the chat boards for the game on Supercheats, or head to the game guide on SC, and look for offers of Neighbor Towns that contain Courtesy Houses.
A Courtesy House is a house that has been intentionally created to provide the various Items, kit, and tools required for the Social missions, Quests, and tasks.
