How to make neighbors Sims freeplaay

What I usually do is try and send messages on Facebook asking my friends if they play the game, and if they do I would normally ask them for help and ask them how to add Neighbors, I am playing on my kindle and I am logged into Facebook so my friends are showing up in my neighbor box when I click on the boat and if I want to add another neighbor I could click on it and see if my other friends are playing this game as well. I don't have the Sims freeplay on my phone anymore but my friends showed up in my game center. I think that Facebook is the only way or you could also try and see if you can find other people who are playing the game on their phone and add them using their game center name
