How do you fix a Sims Freeplay crash on my iPad?

I was viewing a home when a sim finished work. I said I would like to see him so it teleported the family to the home I was viewing. I got all the sims home except for 1 and when I went back to get her, the game crashed. I still can't get the game to open without crashing.:(

You may need to delete the game and re-install it without the save applied. If the game then runs properly try it with the save. If that causes it to start crashing again, that is bad.
