Sims Are Naked After Tasks..?
Any task that requires the Sim to change clothes, such as bathing and going to work; when the task is completed my Sims no longer change back into their original outfit. They come home from work or get out of the shower and remain in their underwear.
What's the issue?

It is not an issue - they just like skin. You can force them to dress if that bothers you a lot by using the wardrobe.
