Why wont my sim drink herbal tea
Every time I try to make my sim drink herbal tea it keeps showing two footprints

That means your Sim cannot access the teapot. Check to see what is in the way and blocking you and move that. Or relocate the tea pot so that they CAN access it. The footprints means they have no access to it.
