My sim has changed sim colour and clothes on it's own accord
My sim has changed it's clothes, hair eye and skin colour on it's own accord. On the sim tracker he is as he was originally. I have gone to browse in wardrobe and again he is as he was originally. How do I get him back to the original skin etc colour

This is a known bug in the game - it is relatively recent - and it should be fixed in the next patch. Note that if you get hit by this bug trying to use the wardrobe to change them back is not going to work.
Just wait for the wizards behind the game to fix it...
