You need to wait until your sim has gotten tired and let them take a bath and sooner or later they will fall asleep.

You have them take a long bath until the fall asleep. Just keep doing it until they do.

You just need a bathtub, you tap it and choose the one that says ''Fall Asleep In Bath'' wait a couple of hours and that's it!
