What to do with villa once you have it.

I have the villa and can still go there maybe because I haven't done salsa hobby yet but can we move a sim in to it or anything? I am going to build one on a lot but just wondering if we can use the one that is accessed through the park.

Unlocking the Villa has no direct connection to the Hobby - that is to say that you do not have to master the hobby to use the Villa.
