I ran out of time and I couldnt complete the quest. What can I do to win the latin villa and the salsa dance hobby??

The prize for the Salsa Quest is a Villa - you should unlock the Villa you can pay for in the Housing menu when you complete the Mission.
We did not complete the Mission during the timer but we still have the Villa added as a house selection. The cost for building it is a big chuck of SP tho, so it would have been nice to have had a free one!
The Salsa Dancing Hobby is unlocked when you complete the Quest. Salsa Dancing also has it's own sub-Quests and special rewards / timers.
