I'm doing the I stitches quest and don't know how to give another sim pizza???
I have made pizza the only options are call to meal, grab a plate, and clean up

Click on the other sim (like you're going to talk with them) instead of the pizza. One of the options will be to give the pizza to them. Good luck!
