I'm at level 18 so how so I get the horse and the cooking hobbies??

I am on level 16 and since you get the horse hobby and cooking hobby now and they're at lower levels I can't get them? Maybe I'm just missing something. What am I doing wrong??

You can get these hobbies at any level. For the Cooking Hobby you just need to own a stove. Tap on the stove and select Cooking and you'll use the Hobby. For the Horse hobby though, you need to complete a few Quests first and than it will be available on the Mystery Island at the Stables.
