What level do you have to be on to get stairs?
What level do you have to be on to get stairs I am on level 15 almost 16 and I can't get stairs yet and suggestions?

When you reach Level 17, A Quest Called "Multi-Story Renovations" Will Appear. After you complete the quest you should Be Able to build Stairs And Floors.

Hi I have just watched a video saying that if you go into the competition centre in anothe sim world and you use stairs up and down stairs will appear. This is false information you have to be on level 17. Don't get your hopes up if you watch this video. Also earlier on somebody said they are on level 17 and don't have stairs that is because you have not passed a specific quest.
