I have some issue though. It just take forever to remove it. I think you should demolish your house. But first save all of your item in the inventory and sell room. It much help than having those annoying plate forever.

I cant
Guest answered:

Got to move furniture. Select the plate that is surrounded by black. If you have open spaces on the floor once you've selected the plate you can tap any place on the floor and a plate will be removed from the stack. Continue to click on empty spaces until stack is diminished.

That's similar to what I did and it worked

Go to like the move and sell icon and press the shadowed plate. Press in any open spaces and plates will separate. The black shadow is like a giant pile of plates and you have to spread them out then clean the individually. It takes a while, but a fast way to do it is clean it, and once your sim picks up the dish, cancel. Then it's gone without you actually cleaning it!

It worked wow😮

What you have to do is go to the home store so you can move things around and move the plates around until it let's you place it. This will allow you to make copies of the plates that your sim will be able to clean up (this us easier if you clear the room into your storage first) There will potentially be some plates that will still have shadows but you'll Notice that they are lighter than what was originally started with. You can clean these up as well, clean the plate multiple times (this is also quicker with more than one sim helping) as you clean the plate you'll notice that the shadow gets lighter and lighter until it looks like a normal plate. It's exasperating work I know but the plate will be gone

What you have to do is you have to clear the Items in the room to your storage and move the black shadow plate around until it allows you to place it then place it there. What this does is it makes copies of the plates around the room that your sim will be able to clean up. Just make sure you move them around inside the house and not outside even if the origin of the plate was outside. There may be some plates with shadows still. Youll Notice that they're lighter than the original shadow and as you clean it up each time the shadow gets lighter and lighter until the plate is gone. It's exasperating work but I just did it and the plate was gone. I hope this helps someone
