How do I build/finish buildings?
How do I build/finish buildings for free? Plz help it's SO irritating when I have to whait!

The only way to get buildings finished for free is to just wait. The only way to finish it instantly is to use the amount of life points it requires.
Also, do not try the time cheat. It will ruin your game and the building will never get built. I've read and answered so many questions where people tried the time cheat and it messed up their game.
